Bring them back!!! Just bought a pair a few weeks ago and LOVE them! Seriously, I love them so much I came back for another color, but it looks like they are being discontinued! The shoe has such a cool vibe to it...and the foodbed is the same as the sandals, which makes them uber comfy and supportive. The newer styles don’t have the same foodbed, and aren’t nearly as cool looking. Don’t sell out Chaco. Be true to the cool.

best shoe i own! Great shoe. Most comfortable for all day wear. A bit bigger than I would like, i tend to pull the strap real tight so it would slip off. But great for winter use as well.

A bit disappointed . . . So I love my Chaco Z1 sandals --have worn them almost none stop for 2 years in part due to the fact they are one of the only shoes that aids my plantar fasciitis. So when I was cruising the website looking for my next pair, I came upon these and decided I would try. I normally wear a 10, ordered a 10 and they were a tad too big but decided to wear to see how they would feel for the day . . the back of the shoe cut into the back of my foot and was very uncomforatable. . . was willing to send back and try a 9.5 but didn't have in stock. But on the positive side, the bed of the shoe felt great like my sandals so perhaps I'll try a different style.

Toe box too narrow = HAMMER TOES!! I wear a 7 in Chaco's sandals, but an 8 in all other shoe brands. (I believe my ability to wear 7 is because my toes are all shorter than average.) I ordered Pedshed sizes 7, 7.5, 8. They are surprisingly NARROW in the toe box, unlike my Chaco sandals. Women love hammer toe, right ladies? HAMMER TOE! HAMMER TOE! HAMMER TOE! No, no, NO hammer toe, we prefer "Hammer Time"! Said all the ladies ever. Pedshed would fit me perfect in sz 7, (like my sandals), if the toe box was just slightly wider and the leather foot cover accommodated just a little bit more volume, length and width wise. The heel eats my heel. My big toes, metatarsal joint to distal phalanx are squished a bit. A WIDE size would solve the toe squish issue. I *might* keep the 7.5 size. It adds a little extra length that my toes can't fill up, but it eliminates the heel rub problem. Unfortunately it still squishes my big toe from the proximal to the distal phalanx. :( (No hammer toe, bad, no!) Stretching the leather should improve this... perhaps enough to enjoy wearing them. A wider toe box is desired. Size 8 is much too long and voluminous for me. I would prefer Pedshed in black, waterproof leather - more professional for work and easier to clean. Less granola, more versatile. The leather seems a bit thin. Lining it doesn't make up for not using a thicker leather that won't wrinkle or crease as quickly. Appearance of the leather, after some wear is important. Photos depict my Chaco sandal sz 7 as compared to Pedshed sz 7. There is a tiny black sliver of sandal sole that is wider than the Pedshed sole, but it makes a big difference. Sad.

I love these shoes! As a nurse, I thought my only option was Danscos, but thankfully Chacos makes shoes. I love love love these shoes. The bungee cord is a great neutral color, and they have a very nice slim profile. I gave it a 4 for comfort because the back definitely needs to be broken in. But the front and width are amazing and it feels like I'm wearing my sandals to work!
