The Shoe Advantage offers a 365-Day return policy for your complete peace of mind. Purchase in-store or online and, if you aren’t totally satisfied, simply return your purchase to our Seattle location within 365 days of purchase for an exchange or refund. All returns must be in new condition with the original packaging and refunds can only be issued for the original merchandise price you paid (shipping fees are non-refundable).
